Dennis Stanley Woloshyn (Ryan), B.A., B.Ed. (With Distinction), M.Ed. (Magna Cum Laude), JD, TEP, is a senior lawyer who has held leadership positions in Vancouver, British Columbia, the Cayman Islands, the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). Dennis was a senior equity partner with each of McMillian LLP and Fasken in Vancouver before going offshore. He subsequently was engaged as Counsel and Head of Corporate Services for Conyers in the Cayman Islands and then in the DIFC. While in the Cayman Islands, he was an Adjunct Professor of Company Law at the University College of the Cayman Islands.
